A.R.C.C. is a state licensed substance abuse treatment facility, which operates on the belief that our patients are truly tired of being a victim of the symptom called addiction. Typically, addiction is referred to as a disease but when treated as such the recidivism rate continues to be in the 90th percentile. Addressing one symptom of any disease still leaves the individual susceptible to other symptoms, which in turn leads to relapses.
We at ARCC treat addiction as a symptom of “Principle Contravention.” We believe that even though an individual has a history of drug or alcohol abuse that is not WHO they are, but rather symptoms of “Principle Contravention” or simply WHAT they have become as a result. Hence, we take the approach that by addressing these contraventions that the patient’s chance of success significantly improves. This leads to a life of serenity and manageability.
Our entire team is committed to helping the patients meet these goals, through didactic lectures, individual, family and group treatment that has produced robust results. As a result, our services are utilized by other social service agencies and patients alike who are seeking an effective approach to addressing addiction.
